This has been a family favorite recipe for a long time.....then I tried making this in the new Rockcrok from The Pampered Chef...AMAZING! Although amazing in this new pan, it can be made in any casserole type dish.
cream of chicken soup ( I use the organic )
shredded swiss cheese
panko or regular bread crumbs
Step one: Coat the chicken breast pieces in seasoned fluoric ( I use garlic salt, pepper, herb seasoning, whatever you like) Place in the Rockcrok or regular frying pan. Cook until browned. Step two: Once the chicken is done you pour the soup mix over the chicken, sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs..dot with butter to make nice & crispy.
You can start this on the stovetop in the Rockcrock, and finish in the oven @350 until brown & bubbly.
