Gooey Swiss Cheese & Chicken

This has been a family favorite recipe for a long time.....then I tried making this in the new Rockcrok from The Pampered Chef...AMAZING!  Although amazing in this new pan, it can be made in any casserole type dish.   

chicken breast
garlic salt
Olive oil 
cream of chicken soup ( I use the organic )
shredded swiss cheese
panko or regular bread crumbs

Step one:  Coat the chicken breast pieces in seasoned fluoric ( I use garlic salt, pepper,  herb seasoning, whatever you like)   Place in the Rockcrok or regular frying pan. Cook until browned.  Step two: Once the chicken is done you pour the soup mix over the chicken, sprinkle with the cheese and bread with butter to make nice & crispy.   

You can start this on the stovetop in the Rockcrock, and finish in the oven @350 until brown & bubbly.
